The house was absolutely stunning with beautiful decor and a modern feel. Everything was spotlessly clean and the bedrooms were very comfortable. The location was great, with easy access to attractions in the area. Communication was good throughout our stay. I highly recommend *New* Chester Canal Side 2 Bed Character Home.
One small drawback was the lack of clear instructions on how to use certain appliances in the kitchen. It would have also been helpful to have some cooking pans available.

The location was perfect for walking into the city, and there was a lovely canal path right by the hotel. The city itself is beautiful with its old buildings, shops, and racecourse. I also appreciated the quiet location of the hotel. The staff were quick to respond to any issues, such as the heating problem, and resolved them promptly. The hotel had ample facilities and a lovely enclosed garden. it was a comfortable and well-equipped stay.
Can't fault anything about it.

We recently stayed at a charming property located near the beautiful Chester Canal. The house was cosy, clean, and modern, providing a comfortable stay for the few days we were there. It had a real home from home feel, and the kids were instantly settled. The property also had a lovely enclosed garden with fairy lights and seating, creating a relaxing atmosphere. Board games and a stocked coffee cupboard were delightful extra touches that made our stay even more enjoyable. The location in a residential street was perfect, with plenty to see and do in the city center, which was just a 20-minute walk away along the canal or the main road. The host was quick to assist when we needed help with the oven, and communication was excellent.
Although our stay was mostly positive, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The parking situation was a bit tricky, with limited spaces available on the narrow street.

My stay at the Chester Canal Side 2 Bed Character Home was absolutely wonderful. The property was stunning and gave me a true home away from home feel. The kids instantly felt at ease, thanks to the cozy atmosphere and the added bonus of board games and a well-stocked coffee cupboard. We created lasting memories while strolling along the canal, admiring the passing boats, and ending our evenings with a competitive game of battleships.
Although the street parking could be a challenge, we were fortunate to find a spot just outside the property. Additionally, the bus service into the city was not very reliable.

I keep coming back to this place because it's just perfect for my holidays. The staff even helped me return my forgotten headphones! With free parking, a flat-screen TV, VIP check-in/out, and a golf course, this place has everything I need. Plus, it's pet-friendly and no smoking! Can't wait to return!

The house was beautifully decorated with a funky and modern style, making it a vibrant and enjoyable place to stay. The location of the house was great, with easy access to local attractions and amenities.
Sadly, there were a few downsides to our stay. we were disappointed to find an overflowing wheelie bin in the tiny garden, which made it unpleasant to sit out and enjoy the outdoor space.

This charming property feels just like home, with a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The kids were instantly entertained with the board games and we loved the stocked coffee cupboard. The location is great, right on a canal path, and it's a pleasant 15-20 minute walk to the city center. The city itself is lovely, with its old buildings, racecourse, and shops. Public transportation is easily accessible, with the train to Liverpool being a cheap and easy day trip. a fantastic stay with great weather all week.
There was nothing I didn't like.
